SmartDocuments clients

SmartDocuments has around 200,000 users in 200 organisations. With our platform for output management SmartDocuments has conquered a major share of the Dutch market. Our clients are the cornerstone of our success.

Among others, SmartDocuments is deployed for both document-intensive organisations and medium and large companies. Within the (semi)government we number ministries, provinces, municipalities and water utilities among our clients. SmartDocuments is also used in the corporate world by insurers and housing corporations among others.  

We are also making substantial inroads internationally. SmartDocuments operates in Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the Ukraine. In December 2010 SmartDocuments was also implemented successfully for the regional government agency of Länsstyrelsen in Sweden.
